At TT, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help simplify the exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, cushions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our white-glove team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
